TN-366-50 (working space: 500 mm x 275 mm)
TN-366-76-12 (working space: 760 mm x 175 mm)
TN-366-76-12HA (working space: 760 mm x 275 mm)
The Titan TN-366 Series specialty sail-making machines feature a robust 66 mm needle bar stroke and a large barrel-type shuttle hook designed to handle heavy-duty threads up to Tex 277. Each model includes extra cams for versatile stitching options, supporting standard 2-step, 2-step zigzag, and 4-step zigzag patterns. These machines are engineered for precision and durability, making them ideal for demanding sail-making applications requiring strong, reliable seams.
These models are all using a cam driven needle bar take up and a parallel needle bar drive that reinforces the needle bar strength when driving through thicker materials.
The presser foot can lift to 20 mm and with a maximum stitch width of 12 mm, and a maximum stitch length of up to 10 mm, this machine is truly a beast of a machine when it comes to sail making and repairs.
All four models are equipped with pneumatic (air) foot lifter and reverse, which means to utilize these features, you need to have an air supply or compressor for this machine. (purchased separately)
The TN-366-76-12 and the TN-366-76-12HA are both equipped with a rear puller which will ensure the material is feed evenly and smoothly. These models also have a needle cooler that allows the operator to work with very thick materials without the needle overheating and breaking the thread due to melting.
These machines are recommended for sails making and repairing includes cruising sails, racing sails, storm sails, tents, carpets, parachutes, tarpaulins, marquees, shade sails, mattress, truck covers, sofas and large size furniture.
