Please note: All returns are issued as store credit only. No cash or card refunds.
Return Eligibility
Items may be returned for store credit within 30 days of original purchase, provided the item is:
- Unopened and in like-new condition
- Accompanied by a copy of the original receipt
- Returned with your email address, shipping address, and phone number
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Cut fabric
- Patterns
- Books
- Sewing machine feet
- Embroidery hoops
- Custom designed kits
- Sewing machines & cutting machines
- Furniture
- Downloaded items or software
- Gift cards
Other restrictions may apply and items may be subject to a restocking fee.
Special Order Items
Items that are special ordered or not regularly stocked are subject to a 50% restocking fee. If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before returning.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, wrong quantity, etc.), Cottage Quilting will cover the return freight.
How to Redeem Your Store Credit
- Log in at checkout using a one-time six-digit code sent to your email address.
- If using Shop Pay, log out and log back in as a customer to see the store credit option.
- Apply your credit on the payment page at checkout. Any remaining balance must be paid with another payment method.
