Online Shopping

We offer secure payment through Shopify Pay, PayPal, or credit card. If you prefer to place your order by phone, call us at 1-250-860-1120 and we’ll be happy to assist.

Purchases Over $10,000

All purchases over $10,000 paid by credit card are subject to a 3% credit card surcharge. We also accept certified cheque and are happy to discuss payment options for larger purchases.

Machine Policies

Machine Deposits

Machine deposits are non-refundable. By placing a deposit, you are entering into a legally binding agreement to purchase the machine. If you change your mind, the deposit is forfeited.

Machine Testing

For quality control purposes, sewing machines may be opened and pre-tested before shipping to non-local customers. This does not void any warranties or Cottage Quilting policies — it simply ensures your machine is in complete working order before it leaves us.

All Titan industrial machines are manufactured at the time of order, assembled, tested, and released once shipping is paid.

Pre-Order Purchases

Pre-orders are eligible for store credit only if you wish to cancel. Once you commit to a pre-order, we place the order with our supplier immediately and cannot cancel it on our end. We appreciate your understanding and hope the item finds a loving home!

Sale Items

Sale items are not eligible for return or refund. Only regular-priced items may be returned for store credit.

Gift Purchases

  • If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift, the store credit will be issued to the original purchaser.
