 Costs and How They Are Determined

Prices charged for quilting will vary dependent upon the size of the quilt. 
We offer a variety of edge to edge quilting at a rates, our goal is to make your quilting experience quick and painless for you.  

EDGE-TO-EDGE-1
If you bring your top, backing and batting, we will complete your edge-to-edge design for 
$0.03 per sq. inch

EDGE-TO-EDGE-2
If you bring your top and backing, we INCLUDE 80/20 Hobbs batting at no additional charge (if you wish to have cotton or wool, pricing will be adjusted accordingly, you will be charged for edge-to-edge-1 and billed accordingly for the batting of your choosing)
$0.04 per sq. inch

EDGE-TO-EDGE-3
If you bring your top, we INCLUDE Hobbs 80/20 batting & cotton backing at no additional charge  (if you wish to have Fireside, or Cuddle backing, pricing will be adjusted accordingly, you will be charged for edge-to-edge-1 and billed accordingly for the backing of your choosing)
$0.05 per sq. inch

CUSTOM-QUILTING
Custom quilting charges will vary dependent upon the size of the quilt and the difficulty of the quilting.  Each quilt will be discussed quilt by quilt and prices will range from $0.06 to $0.12 per square inch.  Loading and squaring your completed quilt are included in these quilting fees.   


Loading and squaring your completed quilt are included in your basic quilting fees.  We use Fil-Tec Glide Polyester thread for quilting unless otherwise requested.

There will be a flat rate charge of $8 per quilt for thread and new needle.
You can prepare an estimate by multiplying the height in inches by the width in inches then multiplying that total by $0.03 + $8.  

Additional extra fees that may be charged are:
Adding leaders to your quilt back if it is not big enough: $20
Piecing and squaring backing - $25
Fixing any open seams - $35

Binding Services can be added:
Attach a pre-prepared binding to quilt front and back, machine sewn - $0.25 per quilt parameter (linear square inch) 
(we will take all 4 sides and add together Example: 72+72+80+80=304 x 0.25)
We prepare and attach binding to quilt front and back, machine sewn - $0.35 per per quilt parameter
