Welcome to the Home for the Holidays - Hot Pad - EMBROIDERY machine class
(4 Hours )
This class is running Tuesday November 26th from 11am-3pm
Hot Pads are one of our most favorite things to embroider. They are inexpensive, they are quick and they are easy to embroider on both a single and multi needle machine. They are perfect for using up scraps and are great hostess gifts for the up coming holiday season.
What you will learn:
- How to create an in-the-hoop project
- How to select the correct stabilizer
- How to create basic applique using the embroidery machine
- Use of metalic threads
- We will also help you keep your fabric 'straight' if you are using a directional print (because this pattern is cut on a diagonal)
Class Requirements:
- Four (4) Pattern files are included (Home for the Holidays, Merry and Bright, Holly Jolly & Cookie Baking Crew) - PLEASE BRING A USB STICK TO YOUR CLASS, if you do not have a USB please let us know we do have some for sale you can purchase
- Must have a minimum size of 6" x 10" hoop so your hot pad is a good size (otherwise you're only making a small mug rug - ha!)
