Spring Tulips Table Topper is an original quilt pattern for an octagonal table topper and four placemats. The topper measures 19 1/2" across and the placemats measure 12 3/4" x 17”. The tulip petals and leaves have folded curved edges and "float" due to the turned-back bias edges, but there is no curved piecing. This is sometimes called Cathedral Window curves.
