Now the fine details:

Do you have to sign up for the whole year?
No you don't, the full 1000m program runs for 17m and this will ensure you get all the colors in the Glide line up - then we will ask you if you want to continue to the variegated program, this one runs for 3m.

If you decide you've had enough and you just can't hold anymore thread at this time, it's ok.  With ONE MONTHS notice we can end your program.   We will hold your spot for three months so that if you decide, oh no what have I done?!  We can continue you from your left off spot.

Do the thread cases come with the program?
No, we're sorry they don't - but that doesn't mean that you cannot add these to the program.  Because we don't know what your pretty sewing room looks like, we don't know what you need for storage or if you need it at all.   We leave that to you to decide.  Often, once people have started the program, they will email in and say, 'hey - can you send me 4 cases and 1 lid every second month?"  and we say, "of course we can!" and we will just tack it on to the bill and send it out for you.   We can configure your program whatever way you need if you need cases and lids.

How does the billing work?
You can start your program by signing up on line or contacting the store directly.  If you sign up on line, we will contact you for your credit card information and will keep it on file for the duration of your subscription.  

Billing will occur on or around the 15th of each month and will be shipped on the closest Tuesday or Friday to that date.

When do I start?
If you sign up between the 1st and the 10th of any month, we will most likely get you started for the 15th of that month - we always have extra thread in the store!

If you sign up between the 11th and the last day of the month, you will receive your first shipment on the 15th of the following month.
