The black cats and RIP are painted on the fabric, using a Paint stick and a small stencil brush. The cats are too detailed to cut out and applique with fabric and my patience wouldn't last that long anyway, so I found stenciling to be easier and much sharper. The available paint pack includes one mini Paint stick and a small stencil brush, perfect for small areas.
