Bernina Foot Control
This electronic foot control gives you stitch-by-stick control over your sewing speed, whether you want to sew slow or fast. On the front, it features a heel kick (back-kick) feature, letting you raise or lower the needle, secure and cut threads and raise the presser foot depending on what model it is attached to. That feature is programmable on models B 480 and above.

Some machine models have changed the style of foot control they use through the years of their production. Please compare our picture of the end of the cord with the configuration of the spot where the plug goes into your machine. Please note that this foot control does not have a retractable cord. Also, note that in order for the Needle Up/Down to work, your machine has to have that function. The pedal itself does not determine the needle position.
