Cut 54 perfectly sized 1" finished squares in a single pass with the AccuQuilt GO! Square-1 1/2" Die (55470). Designed for postage stamp quilts and any project that calls for a multitude of small squares, this 9-square die eliminates the frustration of sliding rulers and miscuts. Each square includes 1/4" seam allowances for easy alignment and piecing — a great way to work through your stash or scraps.
How to Die Cut 1 1/2" Squares:
For best cutting results, position fabric on the lengthwise grain (straight of grain) as it goes under the roller.
Cut 5" strips across the width of fabric. Fanfold into 5" widths. Place on selected blade and cut. Cuts 72 squares across the width; 1 metre of 100 cm wide fabric yields approximately 504 squares.
