Pellon Peltex 71F is an ultra-firm, heavyweight one-sided fusible stabilizer. Bonds to fabric with heat and pressure for maximum structure. Holds its shape under steam pressing, has no grain so it can be cut in any direction, and is easy to sew even when sandwiched between layers.
