Cut smooth, consistent circles for flower centres, penny rugs, coasters and appliqué quilts with the AccuQuilt GO! Circles Die. Four sizes, from 1-1/2" to 2-1/2", give you versatile options for adding playful dots and layered details to your projects. With two blades for each size, you can cut eight circles from a single layer in one pass, without tracing templates or trimming curves by hand. It’s a handy way to turn favourite fabric scraps into decorative accents.
How to Die Cut Circle Shapes:
Apply fusible web to the wrong side of your fabric before cutting for fusible appliqué, following the manufacturer’s instructions. Each rectangle below covers the two circles of the selected size. Approximate yields are based on 1 metre of 100 cm wide fabric, before allowances for trimming or shrinkage.
1-1/2" Circles — Cut 3-3/4" x 2" rectangles. Place over the selected blades and cut two circles per rectangle. Cut 38 circles across the fabric width. 1 metre of 100 cm wide fabric yields approximately 380 circles.
1-3/4" Circles — Cut 4-1/4" x 2-1/4" rectangles. Place over the selected blades and cut two circles per rectangle. Cut 34 circles across the fabric width. 1 metre of 100 cm wide fabric yields approximately 306 circles.
2-1/4" Circles — Cut 5-1/4" x 2-3/4" rectangles. Place over the selected blades and cut two circles per rectangle. Cut 28 circles across the fabric width. 1 metre of 100 cm wide fabric yields approximately 196 circles.
2-1/2" Circles — Cut 5-3/4" x 3" rectangles. Place over the selected blades and cut two circles per rectangle. Cut 26 circles across the fabric width. 1 metre of 100 cm wide fabric yields approximately 156 circles.
