A sewing machine is a machine used to sew fabric and materials together with thread. Machine embroidery is an embroidery process whereby a sewing machine or embroidery machine is used to create patterns on textiles. A serger trims the seam and encloses the seam allowance or edge of the fabric, inside a thread casing, all in one step. A cover stitch machine has a looper, like a serger, but it doesn't have a blade. Cover stitch machines are used to sew knit hems and chainstitching in a clean finished format.
Note, not all sewing machines may be present in our brick and mortar store, however all items are available for us to bring in from our suppliers/warehouse etc and are available for purchase.
Machine purchases (most domestic machines qualify for free freight however, multi needle, industrial, and larger machines shipped outside Canada do NOT qualify for free freight), long arms etc do not qualify for free freight and will be billed after the purchase of your machine when your machine is ready for shipping, a payment request will be sent for freight before the machine is released. Please note that there are many supply issues, and delayed orders do not qualify for refunds. Please ensure you read our store policies.
