How do I use Cottage Cash?
There are several ways you can redeem your points for a reward. This article breaks down the various redemption options available to your customers. In this article, they are often referred to as 'smile rewards' — it is one and the same, we call ours Cottage Cash!
Single reward redemption
- Customers can redeem rewards from within their panel by copying a code into checkout or applying the code to checkout from within the rewards panel.
- Customers need to have an account and be a Member to redeem points.

To turn points into a reward, you will need to log into the rewards panel on our site. Once you're logged in, you'll need to open the rewards panel.
Next, click on Ways to redeem.
If you do have enough points for one of the Fixed amount rewards, there will be a Redeem button:
Upon clicking redeem, you will be taken to a page that shows the coupon code with a button to Apply code, which will automatically apply that coupon code to the checkout.
