Free shipping within Canada on orders over $250 applies to fabric purchases.
Free Shipping — Fabric Orders
Orders over $250 of fabric qualify for free shipping within Canada. Some restrictions apply — please read below for full details.
Non-Fabric Orders
All non-fabric orders may be subject to freight charges, which may be invoiced prior to shipping. The following items are examples of products that do not qualify for free shipping:
- Furniture & extension tables
- Tote bags
- Batting rolls
- Long arms & frames
- AccuQuilt dies & machines
- Oversized products (freight-intensive items)
We do our best to note freight exclusions directly on product descriptions. However, we reserve the right to charge freight when required. We’d rather keep our prices competitive and be upfront about shipping costs than bury them in retail pricing.
Machine Purchases
- Domestic machines qualify for free freight within Canada.
- Some brands cannot be shipped to the USA — if this applies to your order, we’ll notify you and issue a full refund.
- Multi-needle, industrial, and larger machines shipped within Canada do not qualify for free freight.
- Long arms and all machines shipped internationally are subject to freight charges. A payment request for freight will be sent before your machine is released for shipping.
Order Processing & Delivery Times
- Shipping days: We ship every Tuesday and Friday. Orders placed after the cutoff will go out on the next shipping day.
- Complete shipments: We ship orders complete. If you are waiting on an item and would like your order split into multiple shipments, we can accommodate this — however, additional freight charges will apply for each separate shipment.
- Processing time: Orders are sent to our shipping department within 24 hours of being placed. Processing (verification, quality check, packaging) takes an additional 2–4 days.
- Domestic shipping time: 2–14 business days after dispatch. A tracking number will be provided.
- International shipping time: Approximately 5–30 business days.
- Statutory holidays are non-shipping days and are not counted in delivery estimates.
Inventory & Stock
If an item is available on our website, it is available for purchase — however, while we strive to stock as much inventory as possible, not everything listed online is physically present in our brick-and-mortar store at all times. Items not currently in store will be ordered from our suppliers promptly, which may add 2–3 weeks to your delivery time.
Please note: Supply delays and delayed shipments do not qualify for order cancellations or refunds. We order from our warehouses daily and will fill your order as quickly as possible. If an item truly cannot be supplied, we will notify you promptly.
Pre-Order Program
All pre-order items ship complete. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, everything ships together when the pre-order arrives. If you’d like in-stock items shipped separately, additional shipping charges will apply. We recommend placing separate orders to avoid any mix-ups.
Shipping Rates
Rates are calculated based on your address, and the weight and dimensions of your order. We do not mark up freight — what we pay is what you pay. When shipping to the USA or internationally, additional charges may apply as the system may not always calculate the exact amount. The customer is responsible for any broker and/or duty charges.
