Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to commit to the full year?

Nope! For example, the full 1000m solid colour program runs for 18 months — this ensures you receive every colour in the Glide lineup. After that, we'll ask if you'd like to continue with the variegated program (3 months). But there's no pressure — you can cancel anytime. We'll even hold your spot for three months in case you change your mind!

How do I cancel?

We require one month's notice to cancel your subscription. This is because we work hard to make sure you're never behind on the program — we reserve your next month's thread in advance so it's always ready to ship on time. Simply contact us before your next billing date and we'll take care of the rest.

Do the thread cases come with the program?

Thread cases aren't included by default — because every sewing room is different and we don't want to assume what you need! That said, many members add cases and lids to their monthly shipment. Just email us and we'll configure your program however works best for you.

How does billing work?

You can sign up online or contact us directly. If you sign up online, we'll reach out to collect your credit card information and keep it securely on file for the duration of your subscription. Billing occurs on or around the 15th of each month, with shipments going out on the closest Tuesday or Friday to that date.

When do I start?

  • Sign up between the 1st–10th of the month — we'll likely get you started by the 15th of that same month (we always keep extra in store!)
  • Sign up between the 11th and end of the month — your first shipment will go out on the 15th of the following month.
