Capture the movement of the Northern Lights with Aurora Modern, an asymmetrical quilt pattern designed by the Running with Scissors Quilters for Studio 180 Design. Two simple units, Corner Beam and V Block, create the flowing design using two colours, light scraps, and a dark background. Cutaways from the Corner Beam centres become the side triangles of the V Block units, giving those extra pieces a purpose as you sew.
The included Twilight bonus pattern offers another fun project for some of the remaining cutaways.
