How to Die Cut Eagle Shapes:
Apply fusible web product to the wrong side of the fabric, following manufacturer’s instructions, before cutting for fusible appliqué.
- Head: Cut and fuse 3 7/8" squares. Cut 10 heads across the width of fabric. One yard of 40" wide fabric cuts 90 heads.
- Wing: Cut and fuse 5 1/2" x 6 1/2" rectangles. Cut seven wings across the width of fabric. One yard of 40" wide fabric cuts 35 wings.
- Tail: Cut and fuse 4 1/2" x 5 1/8" rectangles. Cut seven tails across the width of fabric. One yard of 40" wide fabric cuts 56 tails.
- Shield: Cut and fuse 4 1/2" x 4 3/4" rectangles. Cut eight shields across the width of fabric. One yard of 40" wide fabric cuts 56 shields.
- Talon & Olive Branch: Place pre-fused scraps on blade and cut.
